How to make Refrigerated cake with petit biscuits
Refrigerated cake with petit biscuits
Ingredients (for 6 people)
Petit four biscuits (plain and cocoa) 2 to 3 packs
White pastry flour 2 tbsp
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/2 cup sugar
2 glasses of milk
Butter 50 g
Smarties or grated chocolate to decorate as desired
Small amount of vanilla
The time required to prepare the cake is at least 8 hours
Recipe
Sift the cocoa powder and flour to make a one-handed mixture.
Mix the sugar and milk together and put it on the heat and stir regularly until the sugars are completely dissolved.
Slowly add the cocoa powder and flour to the milk and sugar mixture, stirring at the same time so that the ingredients do not become lumps.
Add the vanilla as well.
Stir the mixture until it thickens and thickens like porridge.
Then turn off the flame and add the butter to melt.
Put a layer of biscuits in the desired dish and pour the sauce we prepared on the biscuits. (Note that the sauce that is poured must be hot, if it is cold, heat it)
Pour another layer of biscuits and cover it with sauce.
Keep doing this until the biscuits are done, but note that the last layer must be poured with the sauce.
Refrigerate for 24 hours until the ingredients are completely absorbed by the biscuits. (If you are in a hurry to eat it, put it in the fridge for at least 5 hours, but the longer it stays in the fridge, the tastier it will be, because the better the ingredients will go into the biscuits).
After 24 hours, your fridge cake is ready. You can decorate it with grated chocolates or smarties.
